At the start of the year, we raised a glass to the past year and celebrated our traditional Christmas dinner in a very special atmosphere. On a roof terrace in the heart of Bern, we enjoyed a cosy fondue and the impressive view over the city.

The evening provided an opportunity for personal conversations, shared laughter and valuable exchanges away from the daily grind. Moments like these not only strengthen team spirit, but also remind us how important cohesion and appreciation are in our everyday working lives.
